Property Valuators/Consulting Inc. (PVCI) was established in the 1970s and has had only two previous owners, with the third and current owner, Murray Visser, purchasing the firm in 2004. Since that time, PVCI has acquired Central Ontario Appraisals (COA) of Pickering as well as Central Ontario Appraisals (Newmarket) Inc.  Mr. Visser became majority owner of COA (Newmarket) Inc. in May 2010 and since then both PVCI and COA (Newmarket) Inc. have amalgamated into one entity, known as PVCI Inc.
