PVCI Inc. has five appraisers with the AACI designation (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) and four CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designated staff. These designations are conferred through the The Appraisal Institute of Canada, and are recognized by the courts and lenders as the highest standard in our industry. We maintain a low ratio of non-designated appraisers to designated appraisers ensuring maximum supervision, an effective and efficient training program and to maintain the quality of appraisal services expected by our clients. In addition to appraisal personnel, our staff includes dedicated research assistants and administrative and office support staff.
Our three locations allow us to serve our clients professionally and conveniently, effectively covering the GTA and all of Southern Ontario.
