Expropriation Support
PVCI Inc. is a member of the Expropriation Association of Ontario and has over 25 years experience working for both expropriating authorities and expropriated owners. We assist owners with the preparation of independent appraisals, provide third party appraisal analyses and offer support throughout negotiations with expropriating authorities.
Progress Inspections
When a Progress Inspection is ordered, the appraiser inspects the subject property to estimate the percentage in which the property is complete. Progress Inspections are typically ordered on Construction Mortgages, where owners/builders are building a new home.
Divorce/Matrimonial Support Divorce proceedings require many decisions, especially when there is a substantial asset allocation to be agreed upon, such as the matrimonial home.
PVCI is familiar with the requirements and procedures necessary to perform not only a current market value estimate but also, a retrospective appraisal estimating market value as at the date of separation.
